We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may exchange the merchandise. For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
Easy online domestic exchanges
It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to exchange your purchase by mail:
1.We do not have a refund/return policy, however, if you wish to exchange a product, the same can be done within 15 days of purchase.
2.On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for an exchange on your invoice.
3.Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
