Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may exchange the merchandise. For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

Easy online domestic exchanges

It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to exchange your purchase by mail:

1.We do not have a refund/return policy, however, if you wish to exchange a product, the same can be done within 15 days of purchase.

2.On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for an exchange on your invoice.

3.Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center: https://chiqueofficial.com/apps/return_prime
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to Return & Exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


What items are returnable? 

  • Within 10-15 days of Order Delivery.
  • In unused and original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.


What items are non-refundable? 

Clearance Sales cannot be Returned or Exchanges.


The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.


Can the items be exchanged?

We have 1 time Exchange policy and we allow the exchange of size for the same product purchased or you can replace it with some other product of the same price. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.


What are the refund options?

  • We have Store Credits.
  • No refund Policy.


How do I ship back the items?

We will try to initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the Credit request will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.
