Please note, online purchase can be only Exchange/ Return via online portal and not through our offline outlets.

Product Damage/ Defect:

If the product is defected. Kindly inform within 24 Hours of Delivery on Whatsapp or Call.

No Exchange or Credit Note will be done for any product defects after a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

Note: In Case of Defect article, we don't provide Refund instead we arrange replacement or Credit note.

We have 1 time Exchange or Return Policy.

Exchange Policy:

We allow an exchange of size for the same product purchase. Once the exchange request is approved and article is inspected, the replaced item will be shipped to you after inspection within 7-8 working days.

Return Policy:

• Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS / PHONE NO.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to Return or Exchange.
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
• Return Request will be approved only within 10-15 days of Order Delivery.
• The product must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed with all tags and labels Intact.

 

Return Pickup Policy:

We will try to initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request approval. For instructions, on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Refund Policy:

We do not have refund policy instead we provide Credit Note.

Once the Returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via mail. You will also be informed about the Approval or Rejection of your refund request. If approved, the Credit request will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.

Credit Note Usage:

On payment page you will see discount coupon code option. Enter your code and apply and then fill rest of the information.

Credit Note will be valid for a year.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not have cancellation Policy for both Prepaid as well as COD.

Clearance Sale Policy:

Cannot be Return or Exchange.
