Frequently asked Questions about Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center:
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to Return & Exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


What items are returnable? 

  • Within 10-15 days of Order Delivery.
  • In unused and original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.


What items are non-refundable? 

Clearance Sales cannot be Returned or Exchanges.


The item I received is damaged!

If the Piece is Defective. Kindly inform within 24 Hours of Delivery on Whatsapp or Call.

Note: In Case of Defective Piece, we don't provide Refund instead we arrange replacement or Credit note.


Can the items be exchanged?

We have a 1 time Exchange policy and we allow the exchange of size for the same product purchased. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.


Can the Item be Cancelled ?

PrePaid Orders can not be Cancelled.


What are the refund options?

  • We have Store Credits.
  • No refund Policy.


How do I ship back the items?

We will try to initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the Credit request will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.
