Exchange & Return Policy
Important Note
- Online purchases are eligible for Exchange/Return only via our online portal and not through offline stores.
Product Damage / Defect
- If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call.
- Defect cases are eligible only for Replacement or Credit Note — Refunds are not provided.
- No exchange, replacement or credit processing will be done after 15 days from the date of delivery.
- We follow a one-time Exchange/Return policy per order.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for size change of the same product.
- Once the request is approved and the item is received back, it will be inspected.
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–8 working days after inspection.
Return Policy

- Enter your Order Number and Registered Email/Phone Number.
- Select items for Return/Exchange and follow on-screen steps.
- Return requests are accepted only within 10–15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags & labels intact.
Return Pickup
- Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 2–3 days of approval.
- Please follow shipping guidelines received in the confirmation email.
Refund & Credit Note Policy
- We do not offer refunds. Only Credit Notes will be issued.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, approval/rejection will be informed via email.
- If approved, Credit Note will be issued within 10–15 working days.
- Credit Notes are valid for 1 year.
- To redeem: Use the code at checkout under “Discount Coupon Code”.
Cancellation Policy
- We do not support order cancellation for both Prepaid and COD orders.
Clearance Sale Policy
- Products bought under Clearance Sale are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
