Important Note
- Online purchases are eligible for Exchange/Return only via our online portal and not through offline stores.
Product Damage / Defect
- If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call.
- Defect cases are eligible only for Replacement or Credit Note — Refunds are not provided.
- No exchange, replacement or credit processing will be done after 15 days from the date of delivery.
- We follow a one-time Exchange/Return policy per order.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for size change of the same product.
- Once the request is approved and the item is received back, it will be inspected.
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–8 working days after inspection.

Refund & Credit Note Policy
